My favorite Lodge Cast Iron skillet is the 12 inch. I purchased this skillet about 5 years ago at my local grill shop. This skillet has cooked steaks, pizzas, breads, fish, gravy, grits, fajitas, chicken parmesan, rice, cornbread, mac & cheese, eggs, brats and even cakes. This skillet has cooked in 8 different states and 2 different countries, It's been through the dishwasher twice and has had the seasoning burned off many times. This skillet has seen a lifetime of wear, but has only begun its journey."
