I cannot fault the quality of steel, but I tried seasoning and re-seasoning it many times, with multiple oils and the food still sticks even on medium heat. If I had a gas stove, I would have been able to adjust heat precisely to minimise sticking. Unfortunately, modern electric stoves have either very low heat or very high heat regimes - it's very hard to find the right balance. Overall, I wish I bought a ceramic non-stick pan.
