Overall very happy with the product, but I encourage everyone to season their griddles/skillets before use. Even though Lodge state the product is pre seasoned and ready to cook with, I put that to the test with some marinated chicken and it failed miserably. But after I cleaned it up and seasoned it twice myself, it’s working perfectly.
